On the 9th and 10th of March 2023 we will meet in Oslo to apply the lessons of states, civil society, activists, survivors and others working to abolish nuclear weapons -  and we are looking for volunteers!

Apply by sending an email to [email protected]. Include your name, age and a short paragraph on why you want to volunteer.

Volunteering at the ICAN Nuclear Ban Forum:

The ICAN Act On It Forum is the place to be for everyone who wants to do something with the threats of nuclear weapons as a volunteer. We need helping hands from the 8th of March (set up day) to the 10th of March (last day of the Forum) at Sentralen (Øvre Slottsgate 3, Oslo).

Why volunteer?

This is an amazing opportunity to grow your understanding on current political hot button issues, gain practical experience in the organization of a major international event and network with professionals on the forefront of the endeavor to ban nuclear weapons.

You get access to the conference, the reception in the town hall and of course our amazing party on Friday evening.

What are you waiting for? Become a volunteer by sending an email to [email protected]. Include your name, age and a short paragraph on why you want to volunteer.

Type of Work

Registration, speaker support, catering support, lifeguard at the sauna Friday morning, social media, set-up, deliveries…

We guarantee that you do not have to work as a volunteer for more than half of the time of the event!

Applying is easy!

Interested? It's super easy to let us know you're in! Become a volunteer by sending an email to [email protected]. Include your name, age and a short paragraph on why you want to volunteer.

Deadline: Wednesday February 1st 2023
